How To Get High Scores In IELTS

The key to having a better chance of getting a high score in IELTS is to try and answer all the questions, especially in the reading and writing modules.

This is because there is a possibility that you might miss hearing some of the questions in the listening test or you might even run out of time in the reading test.

A great strategy is to try and answer all of the questions before the time runs out. Even if you do not know the answer to some questions, you should still pick an answer.

This gives you a better chance of getting the answers right.

In the writing module. It is very important to read and understand the questions. You should then proceed to answer the question and correctly and as detailed as possible.

For example, if a question requires you to give your opinion on something. you should write about your opinion and not the opinion of others.

For the writing task, also make sure that you write the required number of words specified in each writing task.

An important tip for the speaking task is understanding and confidence. You should try to relax so that you can listen and i=understand the question being asked and be confident in giving your response.
